Momentum Law focuses on Estate Planning. Regardless if you need a comprehensive plan put together or have a more specific estate plan need, we are here to help.
Our service includes a comprehensive consult to help discover your unique needs, a comprehensive design report that includes a proposed estate plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. Momentum Law will develop the estate plan and assist you with its deployment.
Finally, we offer an annual review of the plan to ensure it stays up to date.
That’s how we ensure your success.
At Momentum Law we provide thoughtful, customized estate planning to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your assets.
Momentum was founded on the core values of hospitality, empathy, excellence, fiduciary, and hard work. Choosing an attorney to protect everyone you love and everything you own is obviously an important decision. We believe that our focus on estate planning, together with our core values, set us apart from other firms. Here are our five core values:
We vow to always interact with our clients in a warm, friendly, and generous manner.
We strive to “put ourselves in our clients’ shoes.” We will devote the time and energy necessary to get to know you well, so that we have a feeling for what you’re going through and how we can help.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of excellence in all that we do. We strive to be the very best in every aspect of creating and implementing our clients’ estate plans.
We put our clients’ interests ahead of our own. This is not just a legal and ethical requirement. For us, it is a moral imperative.
You worked hard to get where you are today. We will work vigorously, intelligently, and efficiently to help ensure you and your loved ones enjoy the fruits of your labor… now and for years to come.
